She graduated 10 years ago and has worked at the Provincial General Hospital in Garissa, and several NGOs, including MSF Spain, Kenya Red Cross, MSF Swiss and Handicap International. She has training in nursing, family planning and Reproductive health, with further trainings and being a facilitator on IMCI (Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses)
